jyōti (ਜੋਤੀ/ज्योति ) in Gurmukhi and ancient Sanskrit describes the radiant divine light of consciousness which eminates from your heart. By going slow we connect to your intuitive wisdom, pīrī (ਪੀਰੀ). Using modern psychology tools and ancient systems we will understand how you are naturally wired and what lights you up. We then can empower you to go far, mīrī (ਮੀਰੀ) taking aligned action that is true to you (dharma).

“I had a lovely experience being coached by Jhoty. He dedicated his time and energy into helping me as much as possible. Even if it sometimes was a lot of reflections to be made, I always felt like he had my best interest in mind.
He helped me in realizing what I need to focus in my life to flourish and realize some of my strengths over time. We had three focus points in mind which we figured out in the first one-on-one sessions. Then I kept him updated, while he gave me support through voice notes and reflective questions about the topic. That is how I stayed on track, which was helpful. Additional one-on-one coaching helped me to dive deeper in what I need and want.

Jhoty is really committed and supportive coach, and will always remind you to stick to what is important to you, as well as open your eyes to yourself and life over time. I especially liked his grounding techniques. He taught me how to get from my mind to body to stay mindfully rooted in myself, which I found to be especially beneficial.”

My experience was positive. It was tough going from time to time trying to find answers to questions, and to picture my positive scenarios. Jhoty stayed patient and positive, which looking back is exactly what I needed.

Jhoty gave me the opportunity to turn what I perceived to be negatives and put a positive spin on them. Highly recommended.
